My stories diverge into different genres, from fantasy, the paranormal, to historical and science fiction. I’m currently working on ten distinct stories; each is a part of a larger series. These series are IMPERIEN and De Santis with three, Ad Astra with two—similar to Control. Some stories are written in multiple or singular points of view while others are fragmented—almost like lost documents with classified information alongside short prose. I intend to develop each of these into novels.
These worlds revolve around wars affecting the lives of each character, whether those wars involve a nation fighting its people or two empires starting a full-on war against one another. Struggles of one’s credence against evangelical cults, authoritarian governments, or between those closest to them. Stories told from the perspective of those sitting high up in their respective thrones, trying to maintain control, to those walking on eggshells as they are seeking answers in the world they were born into; slowly exploring complex thoughts and personalities that shape them, some maintaining their believes while others slowly lose themselves along the way. I treat all these characters as my children, including those deemed evil as they are still a part of me. Whether their personality was inspired by my younger self, or from moments that left an impact on how I perceive this world.
The reason I write is because I enjoy exploring these worlds and bringing these characters to life, and I want others to get to know them. There is a joy in creating so many worlds to the point they begin blending together as if they are all from the same solar system or galaxy.
